Helping you return to the life you know.

One-on-one physical therapy for older adults in the comfort of home—focused on regaining prior function, moving safely, and maintaining hard-earned progress.

How ProRehab can help

Recover function. Protect independence. Keep moving.

Treatment begins with a thorough assessment and a plan tailored to the activities that matter at home and in the community.

01

Return to prior function

Goal-directed rehabilitation after illness, injury, hospitalization, or a decline in mobility—centered on getting back to your usual routines and level of independence.

02

Geriatric rehabilitation

Thoughtful, individualized care for older adults navigating weakness, deconditioning, joint pain, mobility changes, or a recent health event.

03

Balance & fall prevention

Assessment and practical training to improve steadiness, reduce fall risk, and build confidence with walking, stairs, and transfers.

04

Strength & mobility

Progressive exercise to improve the strength, endurance, and movement capacity needed for daily life at home and in the community.

05

Maintenance therapy

Ongoing, skilled programs designed to preserve function, manage chronic limitations, and help prevent avoidable decline over time.

06

Post-surgical recovery

Progressive home-based care after orthopaedic surgery to rebuild movement, strength, and confidence at an appropriate pace.

1

Define your prior level

Discuss what you could do before, what has changed, and which parts of daily life you most want to regain.

2

Assess function at home

A detailed assessment looks at strength, balance, walking, transfers, and the home factors affecting safe movement.

3

Build a practical plan

Receive clear recommendations, hands-on treatment when appropriate, and exercises selected for your abilities, goals, and space.

4

Recover, then maintain

Reassess and advance the plan as you improve, with ongoing maintenance care available when preserving function is the goal.
